We are an agricultural consulting social enterprise working alongside smallholder farmers and co-operatives in Myanmar’s Dry Zone. We run participatory field schools, soil and water diagnostics, and applied research with farmers in Nyaung-U, Magway, and Sagaing. Between 2019 and 2025, our team monitored 214 paddy plots across Kyaukpadaung, Nyaung-U, and Myingyan. The fields that held water longest were not the ones with the deepest wells.
